Individual Player Sign-Up
If you're an individual player that's looking to be placed on a team, please read below for registration instructions. If your a captain that wants to sign up a team, you need to click on the "Team Registration" page. (Teams Are NOT permitted to make their payments through this page) In order to be placed on a team, you must first follow the steps below, and complete them in the order listed. Once we receive your information, we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions.

Step 2: Fill out the form below and click submit. (any forms received before the payment will be discarded, so please make your payment first)
