A Beer Friendly Co-Ed Kickball League!!

Beer Olympics

The Beer Olympics is a 21+ event that is held at the end of each season. Each team will be challenged with various obstacles over 4 events to see if they have what it takes to be declared the Beer Olympics champion. The Beer Olympics is tentatively scheduled for Saturday May 15th 2010. The Beer Olympics will begin at 3:00 pm, immediatly following the Hooters vs Hooters game. Each team is allowed to send up to 12 athletes to compete in the Olympics. Athletes are welcome to participate in multiple events if they wish. The athletes that begin an event, must be the ones that finish the event. No subs will be allowed to step in and finish an event. Example: If a participant starts the relay race and wins, but doesn't feel like they can handle doing it again, no subs will be allowed, and their team will be disqualified from that event. In addition to the athletes, four additional team members will be needed as beer assistants to fill up and disperse beers to the athletes. (the beer assistants can be anyone that is not participating in that specific event) All participants must have a designated driver; please drink responsibly.

The Beer Olympics will consist of four events. The team that wins the most events will be declared the Beer Olympics Champion. In the event of a tie, the teams will play in a sudden death round of Beer Pong to decide the winner.  In order to participate in the event, someone from your team must e-mail brian@kickballstl.net to RSVP by Monday, May 10th, 2010. (brackets are being designed on Tuesday, May 11th; NO LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED) Please include the name of each participant, as well as, the event they will be competing in. Also, one of the beer assistants will act as the team captain and help coordinate their teams events. Please include the name and cell phone number of the Beer Olympics captain with your RSVP. Each participant will receive free beer for the event that they participate in. Again, free beer will only be provided for the actual events. Each participant must purchase buckets from the concession stand if they would like to drink inbetween events. Here are the events.
